Mr. Shay Joseph is an associate in our Aviation & Maritime and Hotels & Tourism practices.

Mr. Joseph provides our clients with comprehensive legal counselling in the fields of aviation and tourism, in a wide variety of aspects related to aviation and international maritime law.

Mr. Joseph specializes in the field of commercial litigation, continually advising international and local airlines in class actions; handling passengers claims and complaints against the airlines; and accompanying multinational corporations in commercial disputes relating to the international carriage of cargo via marine transport.

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Yosef served as a legal assistant for Judge Varda Plaut, at the Center-Lod District Court.
