Mr. Shlomi Cohen is an associate in our firm's Real Estate practice.

Mr. Cohen specializes in the various aspects of real estate, with a particular emphasis on income-producing real estate. Within this framework, he accompanies practice clients in residential projects, development projects, planning, and zoning; advises on aspects of the sale and lease of real estate and property tax issues; represents clients before the Land Registration and Settlement Authority, the Israel Land Authority, city councils, municipalities, planning authorities, and more.
