Ms. Omer is a partner in FBC's Capital Markets Department.  She provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on corporate law, securities law, capital markets, and structured finance and derivatives.

Prior to joining FBC, Ms. Omer was an associate in the capital markets, investment & institutional entities' department of a leading Tel Aviv law firm.
