Tal Gellerman

Associate

Ms. Tal Gellerman is an associate in the Corporate Department, where she provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on hi-tech, venture capital and private equity financing, technology and life sciences, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gellerman clerked for the Hon. Justice Meni Mazuz of the Israel Supreme Court.

During her studies, Ms. Gellerman served as a research assistant to Prof. Uriel Procaccia in the field of Corporate Governance and to Prof. Roy Kreitner in the field of Regulatory Economics at Tel Aviv University, Faculty of Law. In addition, Ms. Gellerman served as a member of the editorial board of "Law, Society & Culture" Law Review at Tel Aviv University.
