Ms. Tamar Kofman is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Hi-Tech, Technology & Venture Capital practices.

Ms. Kofman specializes in various aspects of corporate and commercial law.

Prior to joining FISCHER, Ms. Kofman spent three years working at the London and New York offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, in the Insolvency Department, where she routinely provided legal advice on complex corporate and financial restructuring matters.

Prior thereto, Ms. Kofman worked as a legal intern for the Honorable Justice Daphne Barak-Erez of the Supreme Court of Israel.
