Mr. Tom Nissani is a senior associate in our firm’s Banking & Finance practice. Mr. Nissani handles a variety of facets in the fields of business and commercial law and corporate law.

Within this framework, he provides ongoing legal counsel and advice to the practice's clients, including commercial and private companies, in a wide range of aspects, including company financing; all facets of bank financing and securitization transactions, including regulation of banks and financial institutions; corporate law; mergers and acquisitions; commercial agreements; investment agreements; private investment funds and venture capital funds; and more.

Mr. Nissani has extensive expertise and experience in representing borrowers and lenders in financial transactions and in complex and international merger and acquisition transactions.
