Ms. Wagner is a senior associate in FBC's Competition & Antitrust department, where her practice concentrates on competition & antitrust, litigation, class actions and commercial disputes.

Ms. Wagner provides legal counsel to individuals and private and public entities with respect to antitrust matters relating to complex merger transactions, restrictive arrangements, and cases involving monopolies and abusive business practices.

Ms. Wagner also has wide experience in corporate and securities-related litigation, and also represents companies in complex civil lawsuits and arbitration, including class actions and proceedings before the Antitrust Tribunal.
