Mrs. Vered Pilichovski Czyzyk is a partner in our Capital Markets Practice. She specializes in securities law and corporate law, advising and assisting public companies, guiding them through the processes of issuance, structuring, and enforcement proceedings. Her expertise extends to legal consulting for financial institutions on various capital market regulatory issues.

Over the years, Mrs. Pilichovski Czyzyk gained extensive experience in various aspects of Israeli and international commercial law. Her areas of expertise include transactions, banking law, competition and concentration law, and various regulatory matters, with a particular focus on financial regulation.

From 2017 to 2022, Mrs. Pilichovski Czyzyk worked at the Israel Securities Authority, where she was a member of the Corporate Department's management and headed its legal advisory unit. In this role, she managed corporate governance, reporting, and enforcement in the department, dealing with complex and significant issues in securities and corporate law, including disclosures and issuances, reporting obligations, corporate governance, transactions involving controlling shareholders, antitrust law matters, debt arrangements, credit rating, and capital market development.

In 2021 and 2022, she participated in the "Financial Leaders" program, designed for public sector financial managers who influence the design and implementation of financial system regulation in Israel. This program included 30 selected managers from financial regulators, including the Israel Securities Authority, Capital Market Authority, Israel Tax Authority, Israel Competition Authority, and the Bank of Israel.

Mrs. Pilichovski Czyzyk served as the manager of the "35+ Forum" established by the Chairman of the Securities Authority, to promote gender diversity in the directorates of public companies. Additionally, she has lectured on securities law in the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program at the University of Haifa.
