Yahel Arckens

Ms. Arckens is an associate in FBC’s Tax Department, responsible for providing tax planning and legal opinions to Israeli and international clients alike.
Ms. Arckens works with a diverse client profile, advising both corporates and individuals on a variety of tax law matters including domestic income taxation and international taxation.
Ms. Arckens is well versed in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and other transactions, as well as obtaining pre-tax rulings and other arrangements with the Israel Tax Authority and participating in negotiations vis-à-vis the Israel Tax Authority.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Arckens worked as a CPA in both Business Tax and Assurance departments at Ernest & Young Israel.
