Servotronix develops and manufactures standard and customized automation solutions with a focus on motion control. Midea Group, a publicly listed (SZ:000333) Fortune 500 company, is a leading global supplier of consumer appliances, Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, robotics and industrial automation systems.
The transaction was widely reported in the Israeli and Chinese financial press.
