FBC represented Kamada Ltd., listed on NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, in its US$15 million follow-on underwritten public offering of its ordinary shares. Kamada also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional ordinary shares, for aggregate gross proceeds to Kamada of $2.25 million, if the option is exercised in full.
Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering, and Raymond James, Oppenheimer & Co., Ladenburg Thalmann and Chardan also acted as co-managers for the offering. Morrison & Foerster acted as U.S. counsel to Kamada, and Cooley acted as U.S. counsel to the underwriters.
