FBC represented Twine Solutions Ltd. in an equity financing round, led by Gefen Capital Investments L.P. As part of the financing round, Twine raised an aggregate amount of USD$ 2,390,000 from Gefen and from additional investors, in consideration for issuance of Series B Preferred Shares, and convertible loans previously granted to the company, in an aggregate amount of approximately US $1,110,000, were converted into Series B Preferred Shares of the company.
