FBC represented Bezeq, Israel’s largest provider of telecommunications services, in the public offering and listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange of notes in an aggregate value of approximately NIS 770M.
The notes were rated ilAA by S&P Maalot and Aa2.il by Midroog, an affiliate of Moody’s.
