Our firm represented Rel-Tech Holdings and Coin Ventures Ltd. (the “Rhodium Group”) in an investment round in which Comedy Technologies, Inc. raised USD 6M from Wicklow Corporation, Pearl Ridge Capital, Gigi Levi, the Rhodium Group and other investors.
As part of the investment round USD 1.5M were invested and convertible loans previously granted to the company, in an aggregate amount of approximately USD 4.5M, were converted into shares of the company.
