We are pleased to provide you with another Urban Renewal Law update which includes an update on Ramat Gan’s Local Planning and Building Committee’s policies, a review of a decision of the District Court in Tel Aviv, and a decision of the Appeal Tribunal for the Haifa area.
In this update we review:
- An update to the policy for the implementation of National Outline Plan 38 in Ramat Gan.
- A hearing on a motion requesting a building permit prior to the signing of the required majority on the agreement for the project’s construction in accordance with the Real Estate Law Strengthening of Condominiums Against Earthquakes, 5768-2008.
- A hearing on a motion for a permit which was submitted in violation of the local planning and building committee’s policies which were published before the submission.
