Representation of IDE Technologies Ltd. in connection with the Tender published by the State of Israel for the Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Project of a Sea Water Desalination Facility at the “Sorek Plant B”.
The Sorek B Plant will be the largest sea water desalination facility in Israel, and one of the largest worldwide.
Following the Tender process, on May 26, 2020, the Tender Committee of Israel’s Ministry of Finance announced that IDE Technologies Ltd. was awarded the Tender.
The representation included consulting IDE throughout an extremely complex Tender process, including throughout the Best and Final stage of the Tender process and throughout financial close with a consortium of international lenders, which included KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, the European Investment Bank and Bank Leumi Le-Israel B.M., the Harel Group and The Phoenix Group.
