We are pleased to inform you that an article titled “Knowledge Management in Israeli Law Firms – The Current State” (in Hebrew) written by our firm’s Professional Manager, Adv. Israel Fischer, with contributions by our firm’s Legal Knowledge Manager, Adv. Esther Dediashvili, was recently published in a new book: “Knowledge Management in Israel 2017 – Collaboration”. The article reviews the development of the field of legal knowledge management worldwide and in Israel, and predicts a bright future for the field in the local legal market.
Legal knowledge management as a concrete discipline is hardly existent in Israel. Our firm is one of the pioneers of Israeli law firms that emphasizes the significance of structuring the professional and organizational knowledge with the aim of promoting a culture of innovation in the organization. This initiative in and of itself embodies innovation in the local legal market.
