General Permit for Extended Working Hours – Operation ‘Roaring Lion’

Due to the ongoing security situation and the state of emergency declared across the county by the Home Front Command, and following our recent updated guidelines for employers, we wish to update you that on March 2, 2026, the Minister of Labor signed a General Permit for Employment During Overtime Hours. This permit is intended to support the continued operational functioning of the economy during this emergency period.
