On April 24, 2017, the District Court of Tel-Aviv published a decision in the case of CA (Tel Aviv District) 2659-04-15 Brodsky v. Armosa. The decision focuses on the question of the existence of copyright protection for television formats in Israeli copyright law, as well as on the scope of the author’s moral right of attribution (credit right).
