We are pleased to present you with another Planning and Zoning Law update which contains summaries of recent court and appeal tribunal decisions.
At the beginning of the month the National Planning and Building Commission released its decision on the future of National Outline Plan 38. The Commission decided that NOP 38 would terminate on October 1, 2022.
Despite the above mentioned decision the terms of a specific NOP 38 project can remain in force for an additional period of 5 years if the relevant Local Committee adopts a decision which provides that it is interested for it to remain in force in the committee’s planning jurisdiction.
