We are pleased to present you with another edition of our Planning & Zoning legal update which includes summaries of recent important court and tribunal decisions.
In this edition we provide an update on the recent amendment to the Planning and Building Regulations (Licensing and Building) in which provisions were established on the annual summer recess of the planning institutions and the days of this recess which will not be counted when calculating the number of days for different legal procedures.
In addition, a legal memorandum was released on procedure in proceedings under Chapter 10 of the Planning and Building Law (Enforcement Supervision and Punishments) which was recently amended.
