Legal Update: Planning & Zoning - January 2016 (Hebrew)

A few weeks ago the Knesset passed an amendment to the Planning & Zoning Law that creates a temporary order of four years allowing additional building rights for residential building exclusively, under the authority of the Local Committee for Planning and Construction through a process granting relief (the “Kahlon Amendment”).
