Legal Update: Tax - February 2017 (Hebrew)

The government approved the proposed law to amend the Income Tax Ordinance, submitted by the Ministry of Finance and the Director of the Tax Authority, that is meant to promote relief for mergers and split-ups with an emphasis on hi-tech companies.
