We are pleased to provide you with another Urban Renewal Law update which includes a review of a recent arbitration decision, a decision of the Supervisor of Condominiums in Rehovot, and a decision of the Court for Administrative Matters.

In this update we review:

  1. The non-fulfillment of a condition precedent in a national outline plan agreement.
  2. The authority of the Supervisor of Condominiums to adjudicate on property related matters incidental to the implementation of the provisions of the National Outline Plan 38.
  3. A tender for executing an evacuation and construction project which grants a betterment levy exemption subject to the approval of the city council.
