Administrative appeal against the local committee’s decision to approve the building of residential secure spaces in areas smaller than 9 square meters.
Appeal 5268/16 Haim Karshat v. The Local Planning and Building Committee – Tel Aviv (published in Nevo, January 29, 2018). The Local Planning & Zoning Committee approved non-conforming use from office to residential use.
