On April 3, 2017 the Urban Renewal (Arrangements for the Organization of Transactions) Law, 5777-2017 (the “Law”) was published in the “Reshumot”, the State’s gazette of record. The Law applies to Tama 38 (national outline plans for the strengthening of buildings) and evacuation and construction projects.
