We are pleased to present you with another Urban Renewal Law update which includes an update to the Municipality of Ramat Gan’s policies, principles for the formation of a residents’ council in an urban renewal project, as well as important tribunal decisions.
In this update we review:
- An update to the policy in Ramat Gan for the implementation of the National Outline Plan 38.
- Principles for the formation of a residents’ council in an urban renewal project.
- Imposition of the purchase tax for the transfer of shares in a company which entered into an agreement for the building of an urban renewal project for which the conditions precedents have been fulfilled.
