We are pleased to present to you another issue of the Urban Renewal Update, in which we will review an administrative appeal regarding the policy of TAMA 38 in Ramat Gan.
1. Administrative Petition by the Land Builders Association against the Local Planning and Building Commission (RG) against its policy regarding the implementation of TAMA 38.
2. An appeal regarding implementation of Ramat Hasharon/3838 Plan under an application for a building permit.
3. The Commissioner’s authority to discuss proprietary matters in response to an action filed for the enforcement of the TAMA 38 agreement.
