FBC and DLA Piper represented AngioDynamics Inc., in an acquisition of Eximo Medical Ltd., an Israeli company. The transaction included extensive and sensitive negotiations of the terms and conditions of the acquisition from the various shareholders of Eximo Medical Ltd. and included the purchase of the company’s shares and treatment of the company’s options and convertible securities.
