Representation of Generation Capital, Israel’s first listed infrastructure and energy fund, in a public offering of NIS 125 million of bonds secured by a first ranking pledge on the company’s holdings in Rapac Eneregy.
The offering is Generation Capital’s first public offering of bonds following its initial public offering and listing on the TASE in 2019.
Rapac Energy, 50% owned by the fund, is a leading player in Israel’s electricity production market.
