FBC acted as an Israeli counsel for Greenbriar Equity Group L.P. in its acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of Arotech Corp. (NASDAQ: ARTX) for an aggregate equity value of approximately US$80.8 million.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020, following which, Arotech will become a privately held company.
Arotech is a defense and security company engaged in two business areas: interactive simulation and mobile power systems.
Greenbriar Equity Group is a private equity firm with over US$3.5 billion of committed capital focused on investing in market leading manufacturing and services businesses.
