We were pleased to have supported our clients, Mr. Uri Omid and Ankor Insurance Company Ltd., in obtaining an insurance license from the Capital Markets Authority and establishing a new insurance company.
Ankor was founded by Mr. Omid, its controlling shareholder, and non-controlling partners The Phoenix, Oren Mizrah, and Universal Motors, and joins the 14 active insurance companies currently operating in Israel.
We are proud to have been part of the exciting process of establishing a new insurance company, which is expected to boost competition in the insurance market and expand the range of available products.
Our firm’s team, led by partners Shoney Albeck and Michal Nissani Josefson, along with associates Sabina Irman and Maisaa Asali, successfully guided Mr. Omid and Ankor Insurance Company through this process.
