Congratulations to our client Sky Fund for the acquisition of 50% of the shares of Dolce Vita Way of Life Ltd. at a company value of approximately NIS 220 million, according to media reports. This is the first acquisition by Sky 4 Private Equity Fund, which just recently completed its initial fund raising and joined the Sky Funds’ family.
