FBC represented Gestetnertec Ltd., owned by SKY private equity fund, in a transaction for the purchase of 70% the of shares of Caliber Engineering and Computers Ltd., which is one of the leading companies in the field of distributing and sales of 3D printers of various kinds.
The transaction included extensive and sensitive negotiations of the terms and conditions of the share purchase from the sole shareholder of Caliber.
