FBC’s Commercial Department has extensive experience in representing major foreign and local companies and in providing support to in-house legal departments across a full range of strategic commercial matters. The Commercial Department’s legal services include: drafting and advising in connection with shareholder agreements, joint ventures and partnerships as well as in advising clients with respect to day-to-day commercial transactions and ongoing business operations, including, distribution, franchising, licensing, agency, manufacturing and supply agreements.
In addition, the Commercial Department provides full support to our clients with respect to their wholesale and retail activity, including advice with regard to matters related to the Israeli consumer protection legislation as well as representation and handling of commercial disputes with suppliers and customers.
