Ms. Ayelet Huta is a senior associate in our firm’s Planning & Zoning practice. Ms. Huta specializes in a variety of aspects in the fields of real estate and planning and zoning.
Within this framework, Ms. Huta has extensive experience in accompanying city building plans at the planning institutions; in handling objections in various planning processes and representation before diverse legal bodies, including in district appeal committees, courts for administrative and quasi-judicial matters and deciding appraisers, and more; in accompanying proceedings in connection with improvement levies, value depreciation compensations and the various stages of planning; and more.
Ms. Huta represents practice clients, including entrepreneurs and landowners, in all stages of the planning process.
