Ms. Maya Hay is an associate in the Competition and Antitrust practice at our firm.

She specializes in a wide range of aspects within the field, providing legal counsel and support to the practice's clients on civil litigation matters, including class action lawsuits, commercial disputes, and additional aspects of antitrust law.

Ms. Hay advises both local and international companies in matters related to competition and antitrust, including mergers and acquisitions, restrictive arrangements, and other issues related to monopolies and business harm.

During her law studies at Tel Aviv University, she served as an editor of the “Theoretical Inquiries of Law” journal and as a research assistant to Professor Ron Haris. Currently, she is a teaching assistant in the patent law course led by Dr. Uri HaCohen and in the mergers and acquisitions course led by Professor Assaf Hamdani.

Prior to joining our firm, she interned at the Supreme Court in the Chambers of Honorable Judge Ofer Grosskopf.
