Mrs. Riemer is a partner in FBC's Litigation Department and co-head of the Intellectual Property (IP) practice. She specializes in intellectual property litigation and also represents multinational corporations in a range of matters concerning technology, privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity.
In her IP practice, Mrs. Riemer provides expert legal counsel on issues related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. She engages in complex IP litigation and actively represents clients in disputes before various Israeli courts, the Registrar of Patents and Trademarks, and the Customs Authority. Additionally, she possesses extensive experience in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Beyond her IP work, Mrs. Riemer advocates for Israeli and multinational corporations in complex disputes, individual lawsuits, and class actions. She has specific expertise in technology-related disputes, as well as privacy and data protection matters, cybersecurity, and related subjects.
Mrs. Riemer currently serves as the acting chair of the Israel Bar Association's Intellectual Property Committee. Furthermore, she co-chairs the Intellectual Property Committee of the Tel Aviv District Council.
Mrs. Riemer is also one of the founders of the Women in IP Network (WIIPN).
Mrs. Riemer is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), and a member of the Israel Group for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
