Ben Strauss

Associate

Mr. Strauss is an associate in FBC’s Corporate practice. He advises private and public companies on a wide variety of complex matters, with a focus on high-tech, venture capital and private equity financing, and cross-border M&A transactions.

Additionally, he offers day-to-day counseling to emerging growth companies and their investors from the very early stages of development through their growth.

Mr. Strauss is a member of both the New York and Israel Bars, and from 2023 to 2025, he worked in the M&A group of Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
