In addition, Ms. Nissani Josefson is experienced in corporate finance and high-level corporate matters.

Ms. Nissani Josefson represents public and private companies in a variety of M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate matters, as well as commercial entities engaged in highly regulated industries, with an emphasize in the insurance and health sectors.

Ms. Nissani Josefson represents major Israeli public companies in securities matters and has represented issuers in several initial public offering in the last few years.
