Recently, our firm successfully represented Swiss International Airlines Ltd. in a motion for dismissal filed on its behalf with the District Court, in response to a motion to certify a claim as a class action filed against it in the matter of unrefunded airport taxes.
We are pleased to provide you with the principles set forth by the District Court in its judgment, which granted Swiss’ motion, dismissed the motion to certify, and also ordered the applicants to pay for Swiss’ legal expenses.
