FBC represented DVP Technologies Ltd. and Digital Makeup Ltd. (“Digital Makeup”) in a primary and secondary financing round and in an exclusive license agreement with OHMK (Tianjin) Medical Technology Co. Ltd. (“OHMK”), a market leading provider of medical products in China, and EndyMed Ltd. (“EndyMed”).
As part of the transaction, Digital Makeup entered into a license agreement to embed its code products with OHMK and EndyMed, a TASE listed company.
Digital Makeup develops applications in the aesthetic and beauty industry in the skin care field (such as automatic detection of facial details, analysis of the skin’s condition and documenting the skin throughout treatment).
