A legal update regarding a recent important decision of the Economic Division of the Tel-Aviv District Court, in which the Court ordered the dismissal of a motion to certify a claim as a class action which was brought against a foreign company that issued bonds in Israel and its officers. The Court dismissed the motion due to lack of privity of contract between the representative applicant and the respondents.
