Congratulations to our firm’s client, Alifim Insurance Agency (2002) Ltd., on the sale of 50% of the company to Menora Mivtachim Insurance Ltd. for NIS 140 million, according to media reports.
The deal valuates Alifim, one of the largest agent houses in Israel, at approx. NIS 300 million.
