We were pleased to represent AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. and weSure Global Tech in an investment transaction for a total consideration of NIS 37M.
In the first stage of the transaction, AmTrust invested NIS 16M by way of private placement.
In the second stage, which is subject to regulatory approval from the Israel Capital Markets, Insurance & Savings Authority, AmTrust will invest an additional NIS 21M, in exchange for increasing its stake in weSure Global Tech to 15%.
Additionally, AmTrust will be entitled to convert an existing NIS 36M promissory note issued in 2022 into equity shares of weSure.
