Representation of IDE Technologies Ltd., one of the world’s leading companies in the field of Water Desalination, in the Tender for the Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Project of a Sea Water Desalination Facility at the “Sorek Plant B” with production capabilities of 200 Million m3/Year in a value of more than NIS 1.5-2 Billion.
The representation included consulting IDE Technologies Ltd. throughout the extremely complex Tender process, which includes 3 stages – the Pre-Qualification Stage; the Tender Phase; and the Best and Final Stage (to take place in the coming weeks). Best and Final Stage shall include the representation in the financial close process in accordance with the tender requirements.
