FBC represented Pitango Venture Capital that led an investment round in Venn Ltd. of up to $30 million. The investment was performed through combination of Preferred Shares and SAFE instruments. Additional investors in this round include Hamilton Lane, on behalf of the New York State Common Retirement Fund, and Bridges Israel.
Venn is creating a neighborhood-wide network through homes and shared spaces. The mission is to help residents enjoy city life with more space, more human connection, and more impact. Venn brings together neighbors who are committed to open doors, inclusivity, creativity and entrepreneurship. Venn currently operated in Tel-Aviv, Berlin and New York and intends to increase operations to many more cities in the US and Europe.
