סייבר וטכנולוגיות מידע
מחלקת הסייבר וטכנולוגיות המידע של המשרד מעניקה ייעוץ משפטי במגוון רחב של תחומים טכנולוגיים חדשניים הכוללים, בין היתר, אבטחת מידע, הגנת פרטיות, הגנה מפני אירועי סייבר ופעילויות מסחריות במרחב הקיברנטי.
המחלקה מציעה ללקוחות המשרד ייעוץ משפטי, חוות דעת, וייצוג בעסקאות (פיתוח, מכירה, מתן רישיונות והסכמי פשרה) בכל הנוגע להגנת מידע, הגנת פרטיות ורישום מאגרי מידע, עסקאות מבוססות מידע, פיקוח על ייצוא של טכנולוגיות דו-שימושיות, העברות מידע ותוכן והגנה על נכסים בלתי מוחשיים אחרים; כמו גם ניתוח סיכונים, בחינת ציות לרגולציה, וניהול ותגובה לאירועי סייבר. כל אלה מוענקים על ידי עורכי דין בעלי זיקה טכנולוגית לרבות מומחה בתחום ניהול אבטחת מערכות מידע (CISSP).
מחלקת הסייבר וטכנולוגיות המידע תומכת במגוון רחב של לקוחות המושפעים מתחום זה דוגמת דירקטוריונים של חברות בתעשיות שונות, בעלי מאגרי מידע, נותני שירותים ועסקים שפעילותם מבוססת על איסוף ועיבוד מידע, לרבות חברות המפתחות טכנולוגיות אבטחת מידע, ביג דאטה, מודיעין רשת (webint) וכריית מידע (data mining). המחלקה מציעה שירותים לחברות ולארגונים בינלאומיים הפועלים או אוספים מידע בישראל בכל הנוגע לציות לרגולציה החלה עליהם בישראל.

Matrix Ltd., representation of Matrix, Israel’s leading IT implementation, infrastructures and consultancy company, and its subsidiary 2BSecure in various IT and cyber transactions and services provided to leading Israeli companies in various fields of activity.
Israel Discount Bank Ltd., representation of IDB (one of the top 3 banks in Israel) in privacy and data protection matters including engagement with the local data protection authority (ILITA).
